Hi, I’m Cheryleita - a wellness and strength coach with 17 years experience in Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training. 

But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to rebuild yourself after life completely knocks you down!

My coaching is built for real women living real lives. And it’s based on what helped me rebuild my own body and life, after everything fell apart.

I offer honest support, practical structure, and the encouragement you need to move forward.
